Appointments
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to unwind and prepare for your spa experience. Feel free to pamper yourself with our peaceful sauna and quiet relaxation area prior to or following any of your services. You should also take advantage of our wide array of convenient amenities; all spa treatments include a robe, slippers, and use of showers, as well lockers for clothing and valuables*. Please note; all spa treatments will end on time regardless of their start time. We will certainly do our best to accommodate all appointments without causing an inconvenience to the appointment following.
Cancellations
We ask that you allow 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. When reserving time for multiple spa services, a credit card may be required to hold your appointment times. Please allow 24 hours for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid a charge to your credit card. All no -shows will be charged for the full service value.

Sunday - 12pm-6pm
Children
Please be aware that Avalon Salon and Spa is an adult facility. We gladly service children. For their own safety, and the comfort of other guests, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit.
We Ask
To ensure a serene and relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests, that cell phones are not be used in the salon or spa. Avalon offers free wireless access to all of our guests.
Payment
We gladly accept Cash, Discover, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Avalon Gift Cards. Gratuity is not included in any of our services. If you would like to show your appreciation, you may do so at the end of your visit. Cash gratuities are appreciated.
Return Policy
All of our products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We pride ourselves on providing the best products available, but also want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return products with the following requirements:
- Return required within 14 days
- ¾ of the contents of the product must still be present in the container
- You will receive an in-salon credit only
- For completely sealed products that are unused and have original packaging, you will receive the full purchased price.
We cannot guarantee any chemical service if the professionally recommended products are
not purchased from our salon and used according to our stylists recommendation. We are also
unable to guarantee any service which has been altered in any way at home or by another salon.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair service please contact us within 48 hours of
your service. We will be happy to schedule a time to make it right.
